Fantastic as usual. Helena is always friendly and efficient in her work, creating a calming and professional environment within the salon. The waxing treatment is amazing value, and Helena manages to perform a Hollywood wax with minimal pain - miraculous, really! My only issue was that she missed a strip of hair on my lower leg, but apart from that, it was perfect. Thank you so much!

Great spa, there was an issue with someone else yelling at the receptionist. That caused my therapist to start our session slightly later which is fine but I was hoping that she would give me the lost time at the end. Instead we finished on time.

The wax took a little longer than I’m used to (30 mins as opposed to 20 mins usually) but the quality was worth the extra time. Plus it was minimal in pain which is always great! Will definitely be coming back!

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Helena who gave me the most painless and comfortable wax I've ever had. Would definitely recommend this salon!
