We took our 7 yo daughter for her first haircut and we were very pleased with the experience. We had to reschedule once because she was sick and they were very understanding. Everyone was friendly, our daughter felt comfortable as the stylist cut her hair. She was very happy with her haircut. Definitely recommended!

We’ve been going here for over 6 years now and today was the first time that I felt the customer service was lower than normal.
I asked if my daughter’s hair (9 years old) could be plaited as we we’re going on holiday (we have been offered plaits every other time) and I was given a very stern No! Being told ‘I don’t do that, I CUT hair’. I was also given a harsh reply when I said her hair didn’t need washing first as it had just been washed.
I’m debating whether to find somewhere else now.
