Anna was amazing, so attentive and a great eye for detail. It was the first time I dyed my hair in years and Anna completely understood what I wanted. Anna recommended a colour lighter than I thought I originally wanted... it turned out it was exactly what I had envisioned and of course, she was right! Her experience and knowledge is obvious. I completely trust Anna with my hair and will return again!

Been getting waxed for over 6 years and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had. Never thought a wax could be genuinely relaxing and virtually painless. Alex was lovely and wax is great - couldn't recommend enough!
