The salon was great and Rosina was really kind and welcoming. The treatment itself, the keratin treatment I had, was disappointing. After washing my hair on the fourth day after the treatment, my hair was pretty much the same. I have dry, somewhat coarse, thick hair and I expected it to be a little more manageable after this treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this treatment, if you are looking for a good keratin treatment that will leave your hair soft and manageable.
