Great haircut and colour, friendly staff as always. Running behind quite a lot, and didn't get seen for the first 30 minutes, but they ensured I had refreshments and when it ran behind again received a complementary olaplex treatment. Lovely experience, just took longer than anticipated!

Although they were running 20 minutes late (and I felt that it was odd that I had to point this out to the staff ) the lady who handled my Brazilian wax was lovely and did a great job. It didn't hurt at all and the place had a really nice feel. I would go back :) thanks
