Not too happy with the haircut. It looks okay but not like a fresh cut, rather like hair growing out waiting for a trim. And the blow dry looked terrible, I couldn’t even tell what the actual cut was like. I emailed the salon about the issue but have not received a reply, looks like they’re ignoring me, as other customers have said here. Disappointing. This used to be a really good salon but it’s gone steadily downhill.
