Accidentally booked gel removal instead of acrylic. Woman said she couldn’t remove acrylic and refused to give me a refund - despite not providing any service!! I would say unfriendly service but I didn’t even get one

I did like the treatment, but for me it was not clear that the blower dry wasn't included.
When I bought the service at the end of the description says _blow dry_ you should remove it, can lead to misunderstandings.

I had a great experience at Artistic monkey. My first haircut and Rosina really listened and gave me the exact haircut I was after. Nice chilled atmosphere. Very happy and will be returning again

I got my new hair cut 2 days back and i absolutely loved it. For the first time I got the haircut I asked for and actually wanted. The stylist was amazing, friendly and had good suggestions to make.
Overall loved the experience, would 100% recommend to the salon.
