We’ve been going here for over 6 years now and today was the first time that I felt the customer service was lower than normal.
I asked if my daughter’s hair (9 years old) could be plaited as we we’re going on holiday (we have been offered plaits every other time) and I was given a very stern No! Being told ‘I don’t do that, I CUT hair’. I was also given a harsh reply when I said her hair didn’t need washing first as it had just been washed.
I’m debating whether to find somewhere else now.

love it. love it. I don't cut my hair anywhere else since last year. Rosina is a fantastic mind reader and very talented. Definitely recommend a visit if you don't know what to do with your hair ;)
