Haircut and blow dry fine. However when I came to pay they tried to overcharge me. I booked by phone saying I had long hair. The confirmation email showed short hair. I called back and again said I had long hair again. The receptionist said she would amend the booking. The stylist said I must have said I had short hair (ie I was lying). She was saying they only offer discounts on Sunday and kept showing me the app. I emailed the salon but they did not reply. I did not find the staff competent.
