Lovely Salon, stylish and homely! So happy with my hairš

I had booking here pre paid but couldn't find the place so asked to be booked again. Lady at reception said someone will call you back this was on the 17th of June. It now 8th July and still no one has contacted me despite me calling again and she gave me a Natasha mobile number that just rings out. I would either like a rebooting of my manicure or my money back!! I'm not happy!
Was called on the morning to be told the salon is closed. Major inconvenience
