Staff was extremely unprofessional, when I walked in only lady who was there was on phone and while on phone she started doing my facial holding phone in one hand and doing facial from other, sheets were dirty, Then another lady walks in half way through facial and takes over without even introducing herself of letting me know. When I asked her if she will do black head extraction she said yes, but after steam she just ran through blackhead removing pin all over the face without any light in the room. I’m shocked how such unprofessional salons operate. Worst ever experience

This could become my go to salon! The staff were warm and helpful and my hair looked excellent afterward.
The haircut that Nadia gave me could not be faulted and the hair colour covered all of my greys. My hair had a real salon finish and I really felt happy with the overall look.

Not happy at all with my facial waxing, aswell I had to pay 27£ and they ask for 28£! I did pay that but not gone be back in this one again!
