Just what I needed. In the final stage of pregnancy and had a lot of knots to iron out and needed to just relax. Great massage, clean and efficient service and attentive to my requirements. Would highly recommend.

I went to have a gel manicure at this salon today. I had booked 2 manicures in the January sale for the month of March as it’s my birthday and it’s a treat. On the day of my appointment I was called to say the nail lady called in sick so I had to have my appointment changed to another day. This was annoying but these things happen and I was offered another treatment free of charge so that was nice and I didn’t cancel. My nail appointment was quick and I rushed out of the salon to get my train. I’m on my way home now and I have looked at my nails and they look awful. The filing is uneven, the paint is poorly applied with gaps everywhere, the polish isn’t near my cuticles and there are bits of fluff stuck in the gel. I honestly think I could have done a better job myself. I’m just pleased I didn’t pick a bright colour so that it’s not obvious! I already can’t wait for my nails to grow, get them reshaped nicely and to get this gel off! I’m going to call the salon and ask for a refund and I have just cancelled my second appointment. I will make an appointment at a different salon and pay more. Such a shame but honestly the worst manicure I’ve had 😕

They don't have tables, so you sit in a chair and they put a pillow on your lap and do your nails that way. Was a bit awkward and frankly a bit strange. They also don't have nail color swatches so you have to go through and open the bottles to find a suitable color. She used this rotating electric nail file to remove all of my shellac, which was slightly painful as it was very hot, and it felt like she was taking off a layer of my nail. The nails ended up alright though she didn't paint over the entire nail bed on some nails so some of the sides look a bit messy.
