I found the owner fairly hostile and abrupt to start with. I was surprised considering the reviews describing her as ‘really friendly’. Wasn’t offered a drink of water, and she took several calls during the treatment. When I asked a couple of questions and expressed a little discomfort she was quite impatient. Previously when I have had a lash lift, they talk you through everything they’re doing (which is great because you of course can’t see what’s going on!) She warmed up a little during the treatment, and overall I was satisfied with the results. Not sure I would go back..
