My appointment was booked last minute. It was scheduled for 5 pm but I got a message to be there for 5.05pm. On my arrival the door was locked, but since the lights were on, I decided to wait. I was let in but the therapy room was not ready. I was let in to the room minutes after 5.20pm and the therapist did not apologise for the delay. When the session finished I felt it was quite quick so I checked my watch. It was 6.05pm. My hour massage was shorten by 15 minutes. It was my first visit and I will not go back, hence just one star.

Great massage and Magda was amazing but there’s an issue with the booking system as you get charged more for booking with Ashanti but then Ashanti doesn’t give the treatment...
