Very very disappointing experience! I booked myself a massage appointment and pre-paid for it on Treatwell. On the day of the appointment I called to re-schedule my appointment as I felt I could be late due to unforeseen circumstances.They had no other time slots available for me and since I had paid for it I could not cancel it either. I called again closer to the time to let them know that I was running late to which they said it was fine I could still come in. I came in half way through the booked time . The person at the reception gave me an email Id to contact on to get me a new appointment as she couldn’t book me one while I was there. I sent an email requesting them to re-schedule my appointment and explaining what had happened. I dint hear from there for a couple of days until I had to send an email again. To which I got a reply about their cancellation rules and how I was expected to pay extra to come for the appointment as I had missed it previously . I still agreed to pay the extra charge to reschedule an appointment. Since then I haven’t heard anything . I have been chasing them over the email and there has been no response . It is almost like just because I have missed a previous appointment and have paid for it already it’s not important for them anymore. I am someone who gets plenty beauty treatments done in London and usually people are accommodating when a situation like that happens for the first time. I am okay to pay the extra charge but atleast give me a good customer experience ! This is turning out to be so painful. I was really excited and looking forward to appointment especially after hearing all the good reviews but this has been such a disappointment !!!
Great massage from Ashanti. I was struggling with tension through my neck and shoulders causing headaches, but this treatment worked wonders. I’ll definitely be rebooking very soon and would highly recommend.
