Andy was so lovely! Discussed with me what he thought would looked nice and made sure i was 100% happy before i left! So happy with the cut so will definitely be booking in with him again!

The salon called me a week before my appointment to say there had been a computer glitch and the slot I booked wasn’t actually available, but they offered me another time slot straight away over at their sister salon, Stonehills. Sophie was lovely and did a great job of making my lockdown hair look fab. The only thing that wasn’t great was that I had to pay an extra £35 for a toner and blow dry, that I would have expected to be included in the price I’d already paid.
Lovely Sophie was very chatty and head massage was amazing, products really bought out the colour in my hair - so nice to be pampered again.
Karen was very attentive and listened to what I would like to have my hair done. My hair was cut beautifully and felt fresh and healthier when left Ashley Charles. I will be making a repeated booking appointment shortly.
