Appointment was on time and cut was fine. The floor was absolutely filthy though and not even the hair colour of the clients in the salon so had been there a while
Karen was wonderful; this was the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. She paid attention to my hair type when considering the cut, and gave me advice on styling my natural hair after the cut. Can’t recommend enough, will definitely book again
