Completely professional. These gentlemen and ladies know exactly what they're doing. Customer Service beyond rivals anywhere else I've been. I don't think I will be going anywhere else from now on. So glad to have found this place.
Daisy was fantastic - she took the time to discuss the style I was after, maintenance and treatments. The cut was excellent and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you for a great service, I'll be back again soon!
Very pleased with my haircut, although service was a little slow when I first arrived. Nice ambience in the salon.
If I could award 10 stars for the cut and blow dry I had earlier today, it still wouldn't adequately express my total delight at my new hairstyle. I made a last minute appointment on-line for a cut which I hoped would put right an absolute nightmare cut and colour (split ends, candy floss texture - you get the picture.....), I'd had at another salon in the area (not linked in any way to Stonehills). Michael spent time trying to understand the style I wanted, explained how he'd cut the damaged areas and which products he'd use to treat the hair. This cut is the best I've had in decades.
