I have been to Camilla in Stonehills Welwyn Garden City on 2 occasions and I have found her attention, hairdressing skills and customer service skills really excellent. She is extremely attentive and I have left feeling extremely well cared for, I will be back!
Place was packed on a Friday and I must have had the salon junior as it was so busy, for £38 I would expect someone with a bit more experience to be honest but was great for a basic haircut. I'd go again-just opt for a more senior hairdresser.
I have been looking for a new hairdresser for a while and thought I'd try Stonehills after doing a bit of a search on the internet. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could make an online booking for an appointment - and did so via Wahanda. Everything went through ok, I got my appointment details - it all seemed easy. So when I turned up at the salon the next day it was embarrassing to find out that the Wahanda booking tool had failed miserably - the salon had no booking for me, in fact I was booked in to the Muswell Mill salon (even though my confirmation said Welwyn Garden City) and no-one was really expecting me. But the salon team really stepped up to the plate - they took everything in their stride and went out of their way to accomodate me - nothing was too much of a problem for them even though I felt like I'd massively inconvenienced them. And to top all of that, it was probably the best haircut experience I've had! I felt listened to by the sylist, all of the salon team were friendly and took their time to make sure everything was ok - in fact several of them apologised to me for the problem with the appointment booking when it obviously wasn't their fault at all! I can't rate the team there highly enough - they are obviously keen to offer great customer service and they certainly did for me!
