The staff are really friendly and the lady that did my lash life was very friendly and considerate. She kept asking if I was comfortable and kept me up to date with each step. The only reason I marked down is because the lift only worked on one eye. The other one didn’t take so I have mismatched lashes. I went back the following day to ask them to fix then but they cannot do another lift for at least two weeks so as not to damage my lashes so I’m stuck like this. A real shame.
