AVOID! I booked a last minute (2 hours notice) haircut through the app and when I arrived at the salon it was locked up. I knocked, called and stood outside for 20 mins. When I called the salon after the fact they admitted that their prior client had arrived 30 mins late and they missed my appointment but have not authorised a refund, and Treatwell can’t help me. Never booking through this app again and telling everyone to avoid it and this salon like the plague. Enjoy somewhere else!

I had booked with Farz however got there a little early and Anjum offered to do my treatment instead. It was just as exceptional and the therapist was so competent and friendly.
