I was looking for lashes that could last a couple of weeks but that weren't individual lashes. I thought strip on lashes done at a salon would last longer. I asked the technician if the lashes would last until my holiday in two days time. She said yes. The lashes lasted for a day. She couldn't find my treatwell booking so I paid by cash and contacted them to refund my online payment. They gave me the runaround. Treatwell refunded me

Pretty terrible experience! 1.5hrs for a lash tint and lift, spent in a silent room, no music, no small talk. Tint barely existed on bottom lashes and when pointed out to therapist was told it’s because of my lashes… if they didn’t think it would work, they shouldn’t charge me £40 for the service! Lift okay on one eye but the other is AWFUL! Lashes going in all different directions leaving a big empty patch in the middle. Will find a different salon and hope they can fix this mess.
