Extremely dirty venue incl. equipment floor and walls. Booking not registered / checked when booked 4 hours earlier. Gel manicure was ok - all other customers were having eyebrow threading. Management not professional but cleanliness is the huge issue. I wouldn’t go back.

I dont want to be too honest because the therapist was soo nice and great but i have problems with my skin now so maybe they need to hold the skin better..
