The room used for the treatment was very untidy and the floor was littered with rubbish, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few months. As I entered, the radio was on at high volume on a channel that wasn’t tuned properly, so it just sounded like noise, I had to ask to turn it off. Hardly relaxing. I would expect a few seconds alone to get undressed for any waxing treatment, however I had to request this. The treatment itself felt very awkward and patches of hair have been missed out.

I had a bikini line and leg wax by Dana, she’s a lovely lady who made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough. I was nervous about the pain but it was nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be, and it was done very quickly. The room was upstairs and very private, and my appointment started promptly on time.
