Sadly it wasn’t a very good experience. I’ve been there for a haircut and blowdry. When I got to the salon the 2 members of staff were too busy too chat, in their own language, to notice me coming in. I have been asked to take a seat and wait, which I did. One of the ladies then started to cut my hair, then the other one came and said to her that it’s not an equal length, and some other things about my hair, which I didn’t understand because it wasn’t english. Personally, I don’t believe that any of them were qualified as hairdressers. They swap places few times, then when it came to blowdry, if I can call it like that, one of the ladies was drying my hair having her jacket on and the bag on the shoulder, ready to leave the salon, and to me it was really unprofessional. I left the salon with half of my hair still wet, but at least my hair length was equal. I would definitely not return to this salon. Even if the salon experience was disappointing, I will give Treatwell another chance in the future, as I didn’t have any problems with booking this service.

very bad manicure! looks worse than if i had done it myself. shop not clean. and my nail technician didn't even walk into the shop until 20 minutes after my appointment time.
