The therapist forgot to do my bikini wax and I chose not to remind her because she double dips which is a complete no no in the beauty industry, plus the wax equipment was dirty (old wax and dust) and is clearly not wiped down at end of each day. My skin was also not cleansed and prepped for the treatment and nor was my skin held taut when removing the hair. So I've booked elsewhere for my intimate waxing and will not be returning to this salon.

was a bit delayed, lash lift was good, but couldn’t see much of a difference for £31.50. lovely staff.

The leg wax was done fast and I am happy with the results. It seems disorganised when you first enter the shop and the staff are not attentive. however I can't fault the quality of the wax. I would book again.
