The actual blow dry was excruciating and I’ve walked out with a blow dry I could’ve done at home? My hair doesn’t looks as smooth or glossy as it usually does after a blow dry. Avoid.

Great as usual for a touch up and really easy location
The treatment takes a lot longer than the allocated time which having been many times before I was aware of but if you are a first timer at least double the appointment time so you are not surprised
