I had a paper towel put on my face whilst my hair was washed 😂 I had to have my coat on my lap the whole time as no one offered to take it for me or hang it up. The actual blow dry was excruciating and I’ve walked out with a blow dry I could’ve done at home? My hair doesn’t looks as smooth or glossy as it usually does after a blow dry. Avoid.

Great as usual for a touch up and really easy location The treatment takes a lot longer than the allocated time which having been many times before I was aware of but if you are a first timer at least double the appointment time so you are not surprised
