Ashtone is so lovely and made me feel very comfortable, she explained everything about the treatment - all great on that front. My nails are near on perfect, I absurdly love them and am very happy with what she's done. They do feel a little thick but perhaps that is just because I'm not used to them. Would definitely go again and recommend to all!
