Ashtone was very sweet, and the location is small and quaint. She missed a couple spots, but it was overall good value.

Ashtone took time to ensure every single hair was removed leaving a great result and for relatively very little pain. She sits down with people she hasn't seen before to talk them through the process and find out what they want first. Her beauty room is at the back of a flower shop, it was pretty informal when I went and she makes you feel very comfortable.

I highly recommend Ash for waxing. She uses hot wax rather than waxing strips which give a cleaner and smoother finish. She's very attentive and great to have a chat with during the treatment. My job hours are always changing yet Ash has been very accommodating and flexible with appointment bookings which is perfect for me. Her treatment room is within a florist shop, yet is comfortable and well heated on a cold winter's day. I never hear any noise from the florist shop so this helps to make it relaxing. All in all, I've become a regular now and would recommend her for beauty treatments.
