Yesterday was my first wax...ever...and I'm so glad I chose Ashtone's! She immediately put me at ease, explaining the treatment, what to expect, how long it would take, etc. It was nice to be able to have a conversation throughout which took away any feelings of awkwardness or embarrassment. It was also great to be warned before a particularly painful part, even though pain was minimal.
I would really reccommend this salon & Ashtone herself as she really knows what she's doing. I'll be back!

Really lovely room and atmosphere however the treatment itself wasn't very good which was disappointing
Bikini Wax- Very rough (I had bruising the next day) and have had tons of ingrown hairs since
Leg Wax- lots of hair still left and no real technique involved so lots of patches , I had to have another wax the following few days on to compensate
Won't be going back but can not fault the set up or level of customer service, just the result of the treatment

Ashley, the girl who waxed me, is really nice, I really liked her. So sweet and friendly! We have talked about new types of waxing and she seemed really interested and enthusiastic in learning it, that's very important for her career.

Brazilian was thorough, quick and pretty pain-free - would definitely recommend! Part of the Heaven Scent florist, but plenty of signage outside
