I normally love their massages but the head massage was disappointing - it felt rushed and at some points the therapist seemed to stop massaging and zone out, and the face/jaw was barely massaged. It was mainly a back massage with a small head massage, which wasn’t what I was expecting unfortunately and didn’t relieve the tension I needed. Probably wouldn’t book a head massage here again but back massages have been good previously.
