My massage therapist communicated very well with me throughout my treatment making sure I was ok, which I found very reassuring. The massage itself was the best I've received in London so far. I had the seated shoulder and back massage which I found very comfortable and relaxing. My therapist intuitively paid specific attention to problem areas in my back which I've found does not always happen with other massages I've had elsewhere.
The only downside was when the treatment was interrupted by two young men who entered the spa and were causing a nuisance. They were being very rude and misogynistic to the reception staff, but she responded to them in a very calm and professional way. This incident was not anything to do with the staff at Kobkun and I admire their poise and quiet efficiency in dealing with it.
I would highly recommend Kobkun and will definitely be visiting again.
