I've been before and it wasn't that great this time. I booked for a back, neck and shoulder massage. Even though the therapist confirmed this, she proceed to do a general all body massage until I spoke to her near the end to concentrate on back/shoulder more. I haven't had this issue before and was a bit disappointed by the overall experience.
