The booking with smooth, I was greeted nicely. The staff are friendly and the salon is very modern, comfortable & clean. I was offered a hot drink,which was a very nice thought. My treatment was concluded to be a 2 in 1, my actually hair was very dry but my scalp is very dry and flaky. Olive didn't make me feel awkward or embarrassed as I usually do, she applied the scalp treatment (it felt tingly) and proceeed to put moisture back into my hair! The blow dry was very through and so was the straightening, this part was very quick. Her trimming skills are A1! She even put a pomade like treatment on my scalp, to help with the flakes, which I bought. I had around an inch of dead hair, and now I feel & look better. I'd definitely go back.
