I had the tan and BIAB combo. My tan was patchy as hell, they didn’t protect the hands and feet with lotion like in other places and it ended up looking awful. My cuticles were cut too aggressively so had hangnails for a week afterwards. The BIAB was applied in a very unflattering shape that flared out towards the end, making it look ‘blobby’. There weren’t enough staff on so my treatments were constantly interrupted by my beautician having to jump up to attend to others
