I had an appointment booked in here and was a but disappointed to be waiting for around 15 minutes before my treatment started although I was offered a drink while I waited. While I was having my nails done , the lady kept checking her phone and this just made me feel like she didn’t really want to be there or do my nails. I am happy with my nails and she did do a good job but overall I didn’t feel overly welcome or comfortable. I don’t really think it’s professional to even have phones when you are giving someone a treatment , especially to keep checking it and dealing with personal matters! Not sure I would go here again.
