The staff were so friendly and chatty and both the spray tan and gel nails were done brilliantly. I've never had a spray tan before and they made me feel so at-ease and comfortable.

The staff were really lovely and made me feel at ease, however, because they were so busy, they had to have two people to wax my legs and one left half way through. Overall there were large patches of hair that were missed (only noticed when I got home) and the young girl that was left to finish off had managed to bruise my legs because she had to keep going over the same patch because the wax was sticky and she couldn’t pull the strip off so ended up almost pealing it off.
