If I could give zero I would. Went for a manicure, it was not a manicure. It seems the staff were unaware of offers on Treatwell. A disastrous attempted a filing (I ended up doing them myself whilst there). Had to repaint my thumbs 4 times as they had no top coat for varnish, so used a gel top coat - which shrunk the varnish. When I complained the technician spoke to the owner - who I heard say, “don’t give her a choice, just take off the colour and paint clear”. Totally unacceptable. I spoke with the manager and showed her how bad the nails were. Which she agreed with, and promised a full refund. I’ve had £12.95 taken from my bank today. Complete joke, would never come here again. There’s a much better place just opposite if you’re looking to get a good nail job.
