The bikini wax was so patchy I had too much hair to tweeze off at home, I had to shave all the hair left behind. Most hair was broken off rather than waxed off and I was stubbly the next day. However it was very busy when I booked and I understand the lady was just trying to do her best. She did make me feel very relaxed and comfortable.

Went for hot wax but ended up with warm wax and strips, was much better and a fast experience, and hurt less

Danielle was great, she didn’t rush my lashes even though she’d been double booked!! I felt very looked after but it felt like the ladies who were working were under lots of stress and pressure from being over booked! This could have impacted on the ambience for someone else as it’s never nice to feel like you’re one of many being pushed through the door!! Danielle was great though, and she wasn’t even meant to be in(!). I just feel as though the appointments could be managed better to make it easier on staff which leads to a better experience for customers.
