Well I waited on the waiting sofa and then was told to go into a room. I was met by a massage chair, so I was confused. The lady asked me to sit down and I was even more confused! She had done my nails on top of the massage chair! I didn't think this was too professional but went along with it anyway. The nails were manicured nicely but by the end of it the lady told me I had to pay an extra £5! She said this was because I chose the gel nail polish, if I had known this beforehand I wouldn't have got it. As I explained this to her, and after an awkward silence, she kindly said it was her fault for not letting me know beforehand and said I wouldn't have to pay this extra fee. So overall I had an okay experience, but it could have definitely been better.
