Unprofessional immatures with no signs of respect to the customer. I have been to the salon before and I had no issues but it seems that the new staff is way too inappropriate for the position. While I was having my hollywood wax the door of the room was constantly being opened and left opened from the other girl working there (she didn't even knock the door before coming in). I've been waxing for years now but that was the first time that the actual treatment was that bad. She caused me two rushes on my legs next to the bikini line. I noticed she was all over the place and she didn't really know how to do the basics of waxing. From the fact that you need to stretch the skin before pulling to the actual way of pulling the strips. I definitely don't recommend the salon for waxing if these two girls will be the ones giving you the treatment

2nd time I've had a gel manicure here, and will definitely be back. Has now been a week and they still look lovely.
