Great service, friendly staff. They were running late however the situation was explained to me as soon as I arrived as there had been an incident earlier in the day and they made me a cup of tea whilst I waited.

Wasn't expecting me. Had to wait which defeats the object of making an appointment. Worst manicure ever had, sloppy and rushed, the manicurists personal hygiene was less than perfect, her hands covered in wet fake tan which then transferred on to mine. Not impressed.
