Start with the positive: great location, bright and airy salon, good price, really like my new haircut.
However, the stylist I had was quite heavy handed; scraped my face a few times with the comb, rough with my head/hair, burnt my ears with the straighteners a couple of times. Halfway through my cut, her friend turned up and started talking about some domestic issues she was having which was a little awkward to be sitting there to say the least!
