After being let down by a salon in July who gave me a half head of highlights when I asked for balayage, Lucia came to my rescue and saved my drab blonde-brown hair. She gave me a root colour and drag to cover highlights and bring back the balayage, then went in with bleach on mids and ends to give me a gorgeous buttery blonde gradient with money pieces - exactly what I'd asked for and like the photo I showed! I'm so happy, already booked in for my next appointment. Thank you so much! ❤️
