From the outside - nothing special. Once inside - WOW. Loved the place. The decor is absolutely beautiful. The staff very welcoming. The treatment was one of the best I've ever had (have been back for the same treatment a couple of times since). Every step of the treatment was explained - what and why. Definitely recommend.

A very nice venue, a pretty waiting area with sofas. I was surprised to be honest to see such a nicely decorated and cosy lounge once you go up the stairs. The staff were friendly, polite and professional. The actual treatments rooms are quite nice, too. It was very warm in the treatment room, which was great, as I'm always cold!
The actual treatment was spot on! I really needed massage for my head, back and shoulders to release the tension, as I kept having head aches. And it was really helpful, thank you.
Definitely coming back - this time for a sports therapy massage next week.

I came here with my mom after buying a voucher for a Backcial, the price was brilliant and the service was absolutely amazing, the staff were brilliant, setting was lush. a really good location extremely pleased with the treatment, my therapist Maria was great, my mom loved the experience, were saving up to go back, it was great.
Excellent service, the manicure was immaculate! Great team of girls who always provide outstanding customer service. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Gel manicure in the city centre to pay a visit.
My nails looked great - loved the colour, the gel was highly pigmented but i found that they chipped and scratched off very quickly and i wasnt so happy about this
