A great experience. Jordan was very professional and knowledgeable and I really enjoyed having my hair cut by him. I have very thick wavy hair and he knew exactly what kind of style to recommend to make it more manageable and flattering. Everyone in the salon was friendly and I left very happy! I will be returning for any future cuts and colours.

Hollywood wax was a first time experience for me so I cannot compare. Jo (named in the app as Jade?) explained everything and made me very comfortable. Eyebrows are great, the shaping is perfect. I have a little patch of dry skin under my brows which has never happened before but my brows look so good I cannot complain.
