Lovely staff, warm welcome and very knowledgeable. Only negative points are that I was seen late (10-15 mins) and the ramp to go down to the facial room is currently uncovered (bare concrete) which doesn't look great.

Loved the stone treatment, lovely and reassuring! The sessions were running a little late but I still got my full time of the treatment (and if a salon is ever going to get behind, it's on a Saturday afternoon)

Jordan did my blow dry for a wedding. He was excellent, really lovely and chatty. Made sure I was happy with it. And my hair looked great. Highly recommend.
Blow Dry
I was 20 minutes early for my appointment, which was then done 20 minutes after the initial slot. I only had one person ask if I was ok/being seen to.
The beautician (sorry I didn’t catch her name) was lovely. She apologised for the wait profusely and was very personable throughout my whole treatment which she did very well. All in all I accept the late appointment may not happen often and I would visit again!
