WORST blow dry I have ever had and I have them regularly. Fell flat in less that half hour. Hairdresser more interested in making comments about my extensions than the job he was doing. Ended up having to tie my hair up for a night out. Also left my scalp irritated. Asked for a refund (as I did not get what I paid for which was a "bouncy blow dry"). Shocking customer service. Avoid if you want a blow dry....
