Therapist was lovely, but I was walked in on three times (twice while changing, once during treatment) by different staff members which is unacceptable. The sound of hair dryers was quite loud in the treatment room which made relaxing difficult.

First time visit, my hairdresser was lovely. Showed her a picture of how I'd like my hair to look, but she stated that I'd need about 2 attempts to get my hair looking like that, which I thought was fair enough. After my hair was highlighted, toned and blow-dried, I did like the final result but I definitely didn't think it was worth £78, because it didn't look much different from how I already had it. If it had been fairly priced for the end result, I would of been much happier.

Happy with the cut and colour but salon was so busy, staff were very rushed and I didn't feel like I was being pampered. Also I felt like my opinions weren't really listened to and felt rushed to get out for the next client.
