Overall, the colour was good but the salon could do with a bit more attention to detail. For instance, the cape used for the colour had hair stuck to the velcro. The stylist who dried my hair (not the main stylist) missed out a bit of hair dye when cleaning my face afterwards. The service was generally pleasant and I'm satisfied with the end result, but there's room for improvement.
