I asked for a shampoo and conditioner to lock in moisture. He sold me purple shampoo and conditioner and it turned my hair purple. Shocked and upset I was told no refunds or exchanges but I could add my normal shampoo and conditioner so it would be less purple. Totally dissatisfied and it’s the last time I’ll believe someone who says ‘trust me’. The hair cut and blow dry was what I asked for.
