I had my hair cut by Florian today, I went in feeling uneasy as I've had so many bad experiences and I was nervous trying a new stylist. Florian listened attentively to all my concerns and what I wanted and was so patient and lovely, he did my hair exactly as I wanted but even better than I thought it would be, he is a lovely person and amazingly talented at cutting hair, I am overjoyed with my haircut and I can't wait to go back for the next, and to top it off the best head massage I've had!
